Q: What is your normal turn around time for a new job?

A: MR Label's standard run time on new orders is two to three weeks. However, when the need arises, we can, and often are able to meet some very short lead times (please see testimonial page). We stock a variety of materials year round. Additionally, we have our own in-house art and pre-press department, so our turn around time is typically much better than the industry standard.

Q: What kind of artwork files do you accept?

A: We prefer to receive Adobe Illustrator EPS files, with all fonts outlined, and with all pictures (even embedded) provided separately. We also accept Quark Xpress 6.0, Freehand 10, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop files, plus some PC format files (please provide any used fonts).

Q: Is there a minimum number of labels I have to buy?

A: We can produce one label or millions of labels. There are no minimums.

Q: Do you have standard pricing?

A: No, labels are custom and made-to-order.

Q: Do you charge for rush orders?

A: Typically we do not charge for short lead times. However, certain situations, such as weekends and holidays may warrant an extra charge. Also, we pass along any additional overnight charges from our suppliers.

Q: I need labels, but do not know what kind of material or adhesive I need.

A: MR Label has been in business for over 25 years, and can recommend the perfect label construction based on your needs (see materials page for additional information).

Q: Can you print items other than labels?

A: YES! We can print signs, banners, vinyl die cut lettering, business cards, letterhead, envelopes, etc.
