Dear Pat,
All too often we find ourselves having to write
letters of complaint for a product or service we have not been
pleased with. However on the flip side; because of our busy
schedules, we often do not take the time to say “Thank
You” when things go well.
Feldkamp Enterprises is a commercial mechanical
contractor located in Western Cincinnati, Ohio. Part of our
business is to provide top quality commercial, intuitional and
high end residential hoods. We recently had a situation where
we needed a fast turn around on some U/L labels. The building
inspector would not pass the job without a U/L sticker on the
hood. Failure to get the labels would have resulted in our customer
not being able to open for their advertised “Grand Opening”.
When I contacted Mr. Label Company, you and your
team bent over backwards and jumped through a lot of hoops to
accommodate our needs.
Feldkamp Enterprise’s has known for many
years the importance of being customer focused. A satisfied
customer is worth their weight in gold. It was very refreshing
to find someone else that still knows the importance of good
customer service.
